LS2 Helmets Full Face Challenger GT Helmet

Helmet fit just right. My head has a more oval shape so did not feel pressure points on front and back with this helmet. Helmet was delivered a day early - nice surprise! Inner visor works with no issues - like the fact that it sits lower so as to cover cheeks. Love the high vis orange graphics over a graphite base color - very functional. Quick release chin strap is new to me, but like it thus far. Comes with nice Helmet bag and carry bag. Also came with inflatable neck/Helmet support pad. Overall - very good quality and worth the price.

Great starter helmet, has pin lock included which is great and prevents fog. Has quick lock/release for the chin strap. Main visor also has a quick release so you can change visors quickly. If your on a budget I definitely recommend Update: ended up crashing with this helmet and all I can say is, it’s WORTH EVERY CENT. No concussion and it was easy to take off for ems, they just undid the chin strap & pulled the cheek straps off and the helmet came off nicely. Thankfully just had a couple fractures and a dislocated shoulder but 0 brain injuries of any kind. Don’t buy cheap non branded helmets definitely but good brands. This helmet was definitely worth the money and saved my head

Awesome helmet

I got the chrome red version, very nice looking helmet. Pros: - Lots of vents, once you get moving it helps cool down a lot - Built in sun shield - Room for Bluetooth speakers - Very nice bag for storing the helmet Cons: - Very noisy past 40mph. I see another reviewer mentioned it may come from sun shield lever, that is not the source of noise on mine. I think the neck pads don't close well and let air in. There are velcros on them that connect to nothing and they like to come off every time I remove the helmet. - The edge of cushions come off partially every time I remove the helmet. They are not attached to anything so no surprise there. Bad design. - Black plastic on the transparent shield used to lock the shield in place blocks your vision a little if you want to keep the helmet partially open to avoid fogging. - If you keep the transparent shield open it whistles very loudly. - It does not comply with the latest 22.06 regulations in Europe, must be why its on sale Loses one star: removed due to the high level of noise. I wont complain about fogging up when you are stopped as all helmets do that, and this helmet does come with anti-fog shields, I just don't use them.

I just tried this on it fits perfect in the top of the helmet but because I have wider jaws it is very snug on that part of my face. I am going to look into a different size cheek pad that is a little slimmer. from the manufacture. Everything is as described. The latch feels strong and tight for the visor and all the vent slid switches are easy to use. The vents are large and just trying it on I could feel the air flow as soon as I opened the lower face vent making it very easy to breath. The action on the drop down sun shield slides smooth and it easy to use. The liner has a slight chemical smell so I will probably remove it and wash it before I use it. I got this model because I didn't know if I would like the fit or the brand. Once I break it in if the cheek pads fit well I will purchase the Carbon fiber GT helmet as well. For everything I have seen and tried so far this would beat any helmet in the same price range. Also the weight is no issue at all feels very lite. If you find this heavy get your butt to the gym. Update: I have had a few weeks to use this helmet. The first thing to note is the cheek pads broke in and they are very comfortable now so no need to swap them. I am in Florida and I have yet for this to get hot even at a slow 15mph you have ample airflow. At 25 if the shield is up and the sun visor down it will start to whistle and I have to drop the shield down. The pin lock has yet to fog and I have tried to fog it up. I am very pleased and will definitely be getting the Carbon Fiber within this next year.
