servers up Plex to multiple clients without an issue. I usually only do 1080p, but I do have some 4k content as well. I also use it as a phone photo cloud storage. Works great.

Set up was fast and easy.

Much better that the previous generation much more smooth operations unfortunately the previous generations are not compatible so that part sucked but I hooked both of them in the LAN and was able to get them all moves after foolishly following the instructions to add the older drive destroyed its content

No proper step by step instructions beyond a YouTube video and a vague tutorial; no tech support, and after I rebooted the system, I could see it on the network, but I could not login to it. Highly disappointed!

Very easy to setup. I used the built in applications to load plex. I then copied my home movies to it and we can now watch them on our smart tv with the plex app.

The software and associated app were almost unusable. Returned this because it wasn’t a functional NAS if you want any consistency.

Worked great for 2 months until a update on the 22/7/26 broke my hdd structure. I nearly had complete data loss. I heard tos 6 was rock solid. TOS 7 should go back to beta!!!! Amazon accepted my refund thankfully, I cannot risk another failed update on a device I used daily. Building a custom NAS to run hexos or trueNAS! Buyer beware

I was looking for a budget NAS for my home. When I initially got this one I wasn't sure if I went too budget or not. I was trying different setups and trying different OS options. I had installed truenas and gave it a try. In the end I went back to the TerraMaster TOS. I found there software was the easiest to work with and gave me the customization I wanted. The only recommendation would be to up the RAM. This is true for almost any NAS. I am running it as media server and central storage of files (not quite a true backup). I also have an external SATA Drive bay to use for actual backups of important data. Using there interface is great because it will run of the NAS for file transfers with no need for an external computer once you get it going. The biggest this was it pointed out the problems with my home network setup where I had bottlenecks that I was unaware of. Once I sorted out my home network it works great. As a Plex server I have had no issues, easy to have 4k movies streaming on several devices with no buffering at all.

Sencillo, buena calidad, relativamente fácil de configurar

Très bien comme NAS et Jellyfin est déjà prêt à fonctionner. Un excellent serveur pour mes films et séries.

las aplicaciones terramaster dejan mucho que desear, sobre todo la app para celular no funciona bien.
