Does it fit on a Microsoft keyboard

It fits, but only because it is a piece of crap. It is simply a sheet of silicone that lays across the top of the keyboard. It has absolutely zero shaping it is simply a thin flat rectangle of silicon. You could tear off a sheet of saran wrap and put it on your keyboard with better results.

Will this for the Logitech K800 keyboard?

you need to get the dimensions from the manufacturer. Should be online somewhere.

Would this reduce the noise caused by long finger nails tapping on the keys?

It would...however I did not like this product because I could not make it stick the keyboard and tuck the edges in or under.

Is there a Bigger one since my keyboard iz full size and has plus 6 micro keys
