Ahled, you can use standard speaker stands with the F1 812. As far as the RMS rating, it isn't available. The amplifier is rated at 1000 watts and most importantly, the SPL rating is: 126 dB SPL (132 dB SPL peak). Hope this helps.

Can I use my iPhone with this?

buy a bluetooth device , you can connect it directly to the speaker and you can control the music from your iphone. Or you can hook it up to your mixer.

I have F1 sub. Which is better to add, L1 pro 16 or this 812?

I own Bose F1 Model 812 since 2018 and there are the best speakers I have in my Club. I have never done any servicing on when just play ever night. I this is a commercial business not a home, so they area playing at full capacity
