Poor product and the IPX rating is a joke. Bought two earbuds and both are faulty and stopped working. Joker of the company saying warranty is not applicable to regular use. Avoid.

I've been using these while running after using open ear headphones for the past year. They sound quality is definitely better by comparison and blocks out a lot of street noise, even though they aren't noise cancelling, which makes it easier to hear my music and podcasts. Pairing with my smart phone requires the EarFun Audio app. Before downloading, my Bluetooth devices page in my phone settings had a message stating that an app was required. In the app, settings can be changed for what different number of taps on each earbud will control. Pulling them out of the case immediately wakes them and makes them search for each other. I usually hear the voice state they've connected by the time I get the first one in my ear. Placing them back into the car starts charging. My biggest issue is lack of physical controls. The touch sensitive area is small and difficult to tap actually with the correct number of taps. However, it is easy to accidentally skip a track, change volume, or pause the music while adjusting the fit in my ear. They do seem to stay in my ears well while running, though. There is no setting to put them in standby or power off. That either requires placing them back into the charging case or waiting until the "automatic shutdown" to time out, which by default is 10 minutes of no activity. If I run into someone at the park and need to talk, I have to pull them out of my ears and hold them in my hand or place them back in the charging case because it is difficult to hear with the earbuds still in. While outdoors, it is difficult for the smart assistant or a phone caller to hear my voice.
