Loved Persepolis 1

Loved Persepolis 1. Excited to read the second part. Marjane Satrapi writes about her life during the Islamic revolution in Iran in a way that makes you smile and laugh in the midst of the intensity of the story. My book came slightly damaged from the top though.

This is a second hand book from thriftstores. I bought it for 567. It's completely new and hardly used! It's a beautiful book and perfect sequence. Totally recommend it for graphic readers or otherwise.

This is great reading, but I would still rae Persepolis 1 way above 2. The 1st one is far more intense and moving, the 2nd has more details.

Story of forgiving

This is a beautiful graphic novel which tells a tale of accepting one's culture, because no matter how far you go, you can never run away from your identity.
