I don't recommend this book to anyone ! It's a waste of money! The writer doesn't have solid knowledge base.

Good book for identifying the primary muscles involved with each move.
I was looking for a book that would let me identify the specific muscles being worked during specific moves. The illustrations in this book meet my need. I wasn't looking for a medical school quality book but something that would give me a good overview.

Good book but not for me
Let me get to the point here the book is really great but it’s mainly for beginners I am stressing for beginners. It has really good illustrations and workout names. It’s for people just get used to the names of machines and exercise routines. Basically what they teach you in P.E in grade 9 in Toronto.
