The product i got for my small aquarium ( 35 liters) bought locally that houses 4 gold fishes small size and 2 small orandas and 2 angel and 1 platy. The fishes are small, anyway i wanted them to survive and doing all that to make their home livable and after using this the aquarium has lot of brown muck and even dirties the bio media bag but what i felt was the fishes being very active. I feel this product may make the aquarium have a brown muck but the water is clean, replenishes it with bacteria and keeps fish active. Recommend usage

Such an bad experience last week as per the instruction i have given the dose but in next few hours one of my 3 yrs old and healthy mono angel got fungal infection on its body and next day its died. i m clue less other than hat also its din work anything to my aquarium. i used only once if still somebody want to take it from me than take that product in free else will throw it .so upset by paying this much. I was sceptical at first as it's hard to prove that it was doing much as I began using it after resurrecting a tank that was left to wallow by a colleague. How does one know which of the cleaning products and techniques are keeping things clean? I recently ran out of this and it’s taken me about a month to get round to getting some more. In that period the tank hasn’t turned into a jungle but I have noticed that it is slightly dirtier than when I was regularly using this. The cap has a built in measurer, I use a cap full once a week on a medium 50 litre tank with 1 goldfish and 3 snails in. Combined with regular water changes this product keeps things nice and clean, and even when I’ve missed water changes – using this helps maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness. It’s priced the same on here (£7.98 at time of writing) as the smaller bottle is in my local pet store so no complaints there.

Love this product. Aside from being effective it is cheaper than others.
