I have not heard about or seen a 2023 Ranger in a Raptor model. But yeah this trailer hitch should fit if the base frame is the same. I recommend that you check with your dealer. **Q: Does this fits on a 2017 ranger xlt ?** A: As far as I know there are no 2017 rangers released in the US. The 1st new Ranger was released as a 2019. In the US **Q: does this fit on the 2020 xls (non-us international model) ? or should i be looking at a different curt model?** A: Yes it fit and bolts up easy **Q: Will I have to drill the wholes for this to work on my 2019 ford ranger** A: Not 100% sure about the 2019, but I don’t think it’s any different from the 2020. I put mine on by myself in less than 20 minutes. Just make sure you have a small jack to help set it in place when you put the bolts in.
