uniball™ Vision Elite BLX Rollerball Pens, Micro (0.5mm), Blue Ink, 12 Pack

I love these pens! I am something of a pen snob, so I really do pay attention to what I use to write with in any situation, including notations, signing forms or anything else that requires the use of permanent ink. I have had some very expensive pens over the years and these work better than most of the others ever did. They write smoothly and the color choices are great. I like the fact that they are gel and the color is consistent right up to the end. I travel all the time with these pens and have never had an issue with them leaking or exploding! They also never get clumpy and they last pretty well. You can always check the ink levels too.I have a hard time writing with anything else, so that means I always have one or two in my purse to use when filling out forms, etc. The only negative comment I can make is that the clip on the top tends to break off after awhile, but since I don't really use that feature, it doesn't really bother me.

I’ve been using theses pen for many, many years, both in the office and at home. The grip is great and the ink flow is even. The ink does need a few minutes to dry when you’re writing on thick laminated card stock and greeting cards.The pens and ink last a long time, often over two years. Worth the money!

Bought the BLX pens seeing the other reviewer's color palette. The actual color is vague, I thought it would be much darker.

These are amazing pens. They blue/black ink really has grown on me, but I have noticed a peculiar quality of the ink. i have been using this brand of pen in several colors before ordering this so I know how the pen normally works. These specific pens (I dont know if it was just my box or the ink or the pens in general) tens to smear way more than the others than I have bought in store. If you are left handed, this might be something to consider. It takes the ink a little longer to dry than the traditional ink pens of this brand and model.EDIT: A whole year and a half later, and I'm still using these pens - I have one left! I changed the rating from 4 to 5 stars simply because the pen and ink flow are just beautiful for taking notes in class. I take a TON of notes, so I'm surprised by how long these have lasted. I'm very particular about my pens for some reason, and just can't get myself to use the cheap BIC pens. This is the closest thing to a perfect pen in my opinion!

I first purchased these in blue-black with a 0.8mm tip. They were fine as you could get a fine line with low pressure or a fat lime with heavy pressure. The ink flows well so you can write very fast with no skipping. Im stepping down to the 0.5mm size to use with filling out invoices with multiple carbons that require a heavy hand. These hold up to hard use and have a huge reservoir of ink. The ink takes a few seconds to dry but when it does it has very good water resistance. Best bang for the buck in a blue black imho.

These are nice. Premium, disposable rollerball pens with good flow. Maybe one of Uni-Ball's best offerings. By purchasing the 12 pack it's quite a bit cheaper than buying them individually so there are some savings to be had. I think the tip is a bit fine for my tastes, but that is just a matter of personal preference. These are great pens overall. I have been using them daily for weeks now. They have a fair bit of longevity.The blue-black ink is a bit lighter than other companies' versions. I would say it leans a bit towards just blue. This isn't a problem but check the photo to see what I mean and make sure it's what you're after.These pens are also supposedly plane-safe, but you will have to take their word on that!
