Having tried to secure from below and realising that I would have to be some sort of contortionist, when I found that the grub screws could be tightened with the Allen key via the hinge holes, I was delighted. Good WC and rimless flush works fine. Short projection was Ideal for my situation. Thin seat is OK but could be a bit more rigid as it creaks a little giving the impression that there is movement in the WC (which there wasn’t). Looks neat and clean, very happy. Many thanks.** A: They refused to replace the toilet seat which cracked after 3 months, so I would question any guarantee that this company offers. I would advise to steer clear of them. **Q: this lid on the wc will not self close ??** A: It is self closed but I would not buy from Durovin . My experience was that the toilet was of a poor quality and was leaking. Their customer service was non existing. It was a lot of problems . In my case I bought a different wc from a different company. **Q: Is it compatible with the grohe 38772001 frame?** A: I wouldn’t buy this WC as the seat cracked within a few months of installation and the seller would not entertain my complaint - they wanted £20 to replace the seat which was clearly not up to the job. The ceramic seams OK, The rimless flush that seams more hygienic does sometimes leave dirty marks, so I think I would go for rimmed next time and definitely not from that supplier. I did fit it to a Grohe frame can’t say if it was that number - it was a tight push, but it did work and the securing mechanism through the seat holes works fine. **Q: Can this pan fit to grohe 38721001 as we do not have correct fittings / firtting kit durovin bathrooms ceramic wall hung toilet - d shape - include wc** A: This made toilet pans are terrible and I just throw it away and replaced with grohe one! It can be fit to grohe cistern frame but the hole on the sides are not inline with the nuts behind so you might need to use a long Alen keys which has got a round end to tight the nuts!
