Could this bag be submerged without leaking?** A: Submerged for an extended period, that depends on the user closing them correctly..... But to drop them out of a boat with tablets, phones, etc.... If it is full of clothing or food, etc, the upper 20% or so will be visible above the surface of the water. You can make it more buoyant by sealing more air into it. BUT..... If you put a big ball of lead or gold in it and squeeze all the air out of it, then it will sink directly to the bottom. **Q: Can you still use the phone while it's in the case?** A: Yes! The touch screen is not as sensitive, but usable.
