At first i was disappointed with how small this product is in reality..But i have used at home on the sofa & in the car ( i bought an adapter) & this item so far has been a little gem..it massagers & warms my lower back. Iam disabled & often iam in pain & discomfort with my joints & back, especially sat in a car as a passenger. This has really helped alleviated some of my pain & stiffness.

The massage and heat elements add bulk, which can push you slightly forward in your chair

Positives: 1. Comfortable 2. Soft 3. Heating function is nice and hot. 4. Massage is strong and relaxing. 5. The weight alone is enough to mostly hold It in place. Less Positive: 1. Little pillow does not stay in place dropping down to the bottom of the cushion. 2. The straps to hold it in place are quite short, good for astandard office chair but less so for a wider backed chair.

It fits my office chair perfectly and provides good support for the back. The massage functionality is fantastic and heating part is an excellent extra. I honestly expected that thing to be a gimmick but after having a go I have to say it is absolutely brilliant.

Way too soft. Could barely feel the massage function, it was like being lightly tickled, certainly not to the level of a massage. Also only works when plugged in, which makes it useless unless you’re sitting very close to a plug given the cable is pretty short. Plus, the only way to operate it is a little button the side, which is really hard to press when you’re sitting with your back against it. You have to stand up and turn around every time you want to turn it on or off (a little remote would be a much better idea!) Will be returning, as not good enough for intended purpose.

Great item, but it's ONLY for an office chair or possibly small car. Looks big on the picture but not suitable for me as I have just had back surgery. Note to who might buy.?.... the massage is GREAT but Strong. I so wish it'd been around years ago........possibility no back surgery!!!!? HONESTLY if your youngest only have achy back from sitting too long REALLY recommend you get it. It would be a game charger for your future health.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? Working from home and sitting for long periods of time were really straining me. Since I got this device my life has changed -?I no longer feel stiff or in pain when I finish work. This cushion plugs in and it has heat and massage settings that you can tailor to your needs. My other half uses at the end of the day to unwind and he has recommended it to practically everyone he knows! Highly recommended

I love this back support cushion. Due to my lower back pain, I sit on a small sofa to work at my laptop. I have placed the support cushion on the sofa and it works perfectly as a solid bt comfortable back support. The added luxury of having the shiatsu massage feature is brilliant as I enjoy switching that on time to time for a back massage while I am working.

This is a well made and serious product as mentioned in other reviews, with all of its features as advertised. There are two points I want to mention here. First, this message pad releases warm, soothing heat and not strong, therapeutic heat. So, if you are looking for something that provides stronger and more intense heat, you probably should buy a heat pad instead. Second, the mode of this message pad is vibration and not the usual ones of kneading and rolling. This is the major reason I chose this product. In my case, I have lower back pain and insomnia. Vibration, to me, is more effective in loosing up tight back muscles and less intrusive to the spine, relative to other modes of massage. In fact, it's not easy to find on the market message pads that target lower back pain as most of them just treat the upper part of the back. If you are looking for a non-drug alternative to relax, get better sleep and manage muscle and shoulder pains, you can try this message pad. What I do is that after take a shower/bath in the evening, I do a heat message for 20 minutes and usually can fall asleep easier with less wake-ups at night. The message intensity that I use is 'intermediate'. I also find the warm heat very soothing and comforting. I turn the heat setting to 'high'. How this helps..

I picked this up mainly because I wanted something small I could actually move around and use during the day instead of a big bulky massage chair, and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for. It is really easy to use, you basically just drop it on your office chair, plug it in, and you are good to go. I have been using it at work more than I expected because it is so convenient. The heat function is honestly one of the best parts. After sitting for long hours my back usually gets pretty sore and turning the heat on while the massage is going makes a noticeable difference. It helps loosen things up and takes that stiffness away that builds up during the day. Another thing I like is how portable it is. When I am done I can just move it out of the way or bring it somewhere else without any hassle. I have found myself using it multiple times throughout the workday which is something I did not expect at all. It is one of those things where after using it for a bit you start wondering why you did not buy one sooner. I have used Comfier products before and they have always been reliable for me, and this one has been no different. It just works, it is comfortable, the heat actually helps, and for something this small it does a surprisingly good job.

I'm a 42 year old technician who spends all day turning wrenches either up on a ladder or crouched over in tight spaces. Baths and pills just weren't good enough anymore, and I'm too busy to visit a massage therapist every week (it's deep muscle problems, no spine injury) My lower back was terribly stiff. Hurt to sleep 2 nights ago so bad i kept waking up in pain. While in bed I grabbed my phone and ordered this, came the next day, last night I slept on it. Well... it turns off on its own. I woke up a few times and turned it back on. (Probably so it dont overheat, etc) But stayed on long enough to put me to sleep. Woke up this morning. My back is a little sore because I'm not used to the soft memory foam, ( it stopped vibrating /turned off hours ago) but it will go away once i start moving. Surface pain. The big, deep pain that's been bothering me and building up for weeks... gone! It's gone!! I can live again! Thank-you! No 12v adapter for my car almost made it lose a star, but I'm feeling so great, I had to 5/5. Besides, it was advertised without one, and you can buy it separately. Plus the wife loves it too. She thinks it will help her menstral cramps (heating pad)... she was like "oh, this is mine now." Might have to order two. Ha, ha.

Muy bueno por el precio, tiene 5 zonas de masaje, 3 intensidades, 6 modalidades y 2 zonas de calor. No es superintenso, pero suficiente para relajarte después de manejar o de un día de trabajo. Funciona sobre el área de la espalda, cintura y glúteos, en los muslos casi no se siente. Si es algo estrecho, para mí no es problema, pero para alguien ancho de espalda y/o cadera no le va a ajustar bien (por eso las 4 estrellas).
