Comfy socks even if you don't have circulation issues.
I'm not diabetic, I just hate tight fitting socks. :) I have large and wide feet and these things fit perfectly These things are great! I don't like to wear shoes indoors so I go around in socks all the time and these are about as comfy as you can get in socks. They fit well without clamping down on your leg and foot and the elastic is just enough to hold the sock up without digging into your calf. The foot part of the sock is nicely thick and "cushy and the leg of the sock is a very open knit so they breathe well and do not cling. About the only critique I can make is the heel could use reinforcement. I find that is where they give way in time and develop holes. They do last a goodly time, even without shoes, this is just something that could be imnproved. Wearing them almost constantly, I find a dozen pairs lasts me about a year and a half so that's not bad at all especially for the price. Being made in the USA is just a nice extra plus and these things are a really solid value.

Big feet. Neuropathy. Pain constantly. These are the ONLY socks I wear and am comfortable in.
I have big feet. I have serious neuropathy. I am in pain constantly. These are the ONLY socks I wear and am comfortable in. This is the 4th time I ordered a 12 pack in black. Ordered more in white too. I wish I could get this feel from other brands!!! They feel so good on my feet. Not too tight or snug on the foot, but they are thick enough to give some cushioning. Loose fitting on the calf and ankle. I can't describe how much these mean to me. Seriously. I constantly have socks on. All night too.

Made in America, Quality, Inexpensive and Comfortable Diabetic Socks! Enjoy!
I am both diabetic and have a problem with a fungus in my toe nails. I use these diabetic socks because they are made in America, are less expensive than others that I have used in the past and because my Podiatrist at the Veteran's Administration recommended that I use rub Vicks VapRub on my toe nail cuticles each night and cover my feet with the white socks at night. These socks do not restrict my blood flow to my feet or leave lines on my ankles. They are comfortable, well-made and relatively inexpensive when compared to others. By the way, after a week I already noticed that my toe nails look remarkably better; however, I have been told to continue my treatment for a year to completely eradicate the fungus. I recommend these socks without reservation to those who suffer from diabetes or to those who want some comfortable and inexpensive white socks that are made in the good ole USA! Enjoy!

Overall, Top Quality Diabetic Socks
My cardio guy suggested I buy some of these crew socks to control the tightness provided by regular crew socks. One of his routine checks is swelling in the ankles and feet. That is a problem for me and regular socks only increase swelling. Even though this brand is specified for diabetic patients, the socks can be worn satisfactorily by all who do not care for reducing circulation in the lower extremities. I was a skeptic and that lasted only after wearing 2 different pair of socks. My swelling has all but vanished and some of the physical restrictions have been eliminated. For me, they are fine and dandy. These socks have what amounts to a 5 star rating; however, I down rated them one star for the manner in which they are packed. They come 3 to a bundle with 4 bundles included in the price. A good deal overall. When getting ready to open the bundle hide your scissors and knives. Carefully, remove the paper wrapping from itself and socks with ease and patience. I started out with a pair of those really sharp scissors only to be surprised at how easy the socks would cut. How stupid can I be? That's obvious. Slow and easy will do the trick and these socks will get a 5. Bottom line: they work and work well.

Who Done It Socks
I like these and find them more comfortable than regular crew socks, though I wish that the elastic band in the top was a little less tight. These are fairly lightweight socks, especially the top part that is almost a mesh so I am careful putting them on so that I don't yank them right on as I fear they would soon rip. They are advertised as being made in USA though other than a USA logo on the inside of the top of the sock there is nothing on the bulk bag or the sticky paper wrap around each bunch. They are supposed to be 85% cotton and 15% polyester/nylon but again there isn't anything on the wrapper with the company name or the composition of the socks to say what they are made of. In fact what does it say when the wrapper is dual purpose in that if it is wrapped with the left side overlapping and sticking to the right then it displays one size range, and if it is wrapped with the right side overlapping the left then another size range is shown. Not that it is such a bad idea, but going along with the fact that there is no company name, address, phone, or what the socks are made of it does leave me wondering exactly what are these mystery socks made of and where did they come from. Overall I like them and they are comfortable, but I am not so certain that they are going to be long lived as they are none too thick, but they've made it through a couple of washings looking none to worse for wear, though I am not expecting them to be particularly long lived. They do help reduce the pressure that regular crew socks cause so in that respect they are doing what they're intended to do. When there is no company or composition information it does leave me wondering who made these and from what materials.

Very good, but not superior
I needed socks to wear at night when my psoriasis is acting up. I have to apply medicine on top of some raw places on my feet. I do have swollen ankles at times and every pair of socks seemed to leave deep marks on my ankles in the morning. These socks are very comfortable and generally, do well. I still have marks, but not nearly as bad. I suppose if I had no marks, the socks wouldn't stay up. They do wash up easily with no major shrinkage so far. They are a bargain compared to some other companies.when you buy them in bulk this way. Update: I bought another batch and I think they are even nicer, softer than the first set. Love them!!!

PERFECT XL men's dress sock.
My husband has a size 15 feet and large calves, and stores like KSD want a small fortune for dress socks. We're always checking clearance sections and Amazon for good deals, which is how we came across these. Though he's not diabetic, he wanted something black, and something that would stay up on his calves without slouching throughout the day. Took a gamble and ordered a dozen. They were PERFECT! They're a very soft material and don't feel cheap at all. For him, they give the perfect grip on his calves without feeling tight, and with absolutely no risk of loosening up and falling down. I think they might end up being a bit heavy for the summer months, but his office is air conditioned and so he might just have to suck it up. I highly recommend these socks for anyone with large feet/calves and looking for a nice dress sock. Although I can't comment on the aspects that would make it a good product for those with diabetes, I can certainly say that those without diabetes should not shun these!
