Is this product safe to use on the face?

I wouldn't. I only use coconut oil on my face.

What is the gift basket for? If i order this product do i recieve a gift basket?

I ordered this from someone but I did'nt recieve a gift baskt. It all depends on what the person is selling you. Did they state that it came with a gift basket? If so then you should recieve one and if you dont need it just give the basket to someone or get rid of it but either way you'll recieve the perfumed cream, right! You can e-mail the seller and they should get back to you A.S.A.P. Goodluck and jus think of it as free add on with the perfum.

Is it creane perfume ??

It’s perfumed cream skin lotion . The scent is light. It’s really softens your skin. I like to put it on before I go to bed. I got my friend one for Christmas and she fell in love with it too. Very reasonably priced also. It’s been around for many years. Enjoy!!!
