Yes, over all gut wellness has been observed. There is a soothing feeling which was not there previously. Have used it only a month, will repost after using for another month.

Bought this as no refrigeration required. Tested it by opening 2 capsules and adding it to 200ml milk. The milk failed to turn into curds. If its a genuine probiotic, the milk should have turned into curds.
