SimpleShot Axiom Ocularis Slingshot with Clay Ammo, Target, and Two Bands for Professional Hunting Target Marksmanship Shooting

First off I love almost everything Simpleshot. They make superior products and for a decent price. I got this and was very accurate from the beginning. It is super comfortable to hold and shoot. It comes with numerous accessories and is very well built. I absolutely love the way the bands install. No need for tools, just push the plug in and you’re done. The bands are well made. I’m telling you, if you want an unbelievable slingshot for a good price, this is the one. Cannot recommend enough.

I love this slingshot, worth every penny, lightweight, easy to use, very sturdy, with the right bands it has some serious power. And just the right size. The slingshot is the one that got me into slingshots and collecting them.

I don't want to kill anything. I just want to stop creatures from hunting under my bird feeder and bothering them and the squirrels I feed. So far so good. I was surprised how small this slingshot is. I have large hands and this unit seems small to me. However the non metal ball ammo sent with the unit is solid. The slingshot will send those balls hot straight and normal for 60 + feet and hit hard on a solid surface. I have to be careful not to hit anything with fur on it because that could do some real damage. Having said that, It will put a very good scare into anything you don't want to hurt. It is silent also. Birds and squirrels all know who feeds them. I have a lot of regulars who don't need to be hunted. Birds who need food are the ones that eat on bird feeders. I found that if I feed the squirrels they stop trying to eat off the bird feeders. Those feeders close off when a squirrel jumps on them. Now they don't keep trying.

good and accurate, but the band attachment comes off so it make it unreliable in a fight. I am sure there is a way for the ball not to come out of the plastic releasing the band and making it unusable until you fix it, but have not been able to do it. So not reliable in a fight. Bought the scout and have had better luck with the band and more peace of mind that it will work all the time.

Lots of fun target shooting

I am not a sling shot expert though I used simple ones in my childhood and teen years. From my perspective this is a piece of crap!!! Instructions are practically non existent to show how to set up. The thing came apart after only 2 uses. My goal was to scare crows and other obnoxious birds off my property, but they seemed to be more entertained!!!

I've been putting off buying the Axiom Occularis for a couple of years because I saw that every Tom, Dick and Harry in the community and on YouTube had one and that it was a gimmicky slinger. Snobby me, I instead bought a few fantastic slingers from both SimpleShot and from Bill Hays and have had amazing results if I put in the time to practice and get familiar with the one I was currently shooting. I buy frequently from SimpleShot but I had Amazon credit from stuff I returned and used it to finally buy this for the only reason of wanting to have something exclusively from Nathan Masters and how its a part of slingshooting history. When it arrived and banded it up, (don't even get me started how I love the ease of the Occularis plugs) I was blown away at the accuracy and quality of the Axiom! 7 out of 10 hits straight out the packaging, i felt like a shooting machine! I now feel like the biggest idiot for not purchasing one sooner and how horribly wrong I was! lol. But at least now, I'm an idiot that can hit a 1" spinner 20 meters away with consistency thanks to the Axiom and SimpleShot!

I have taken the slingshot on multiple outings. It has been fun to shoot as we are waiting for food to cook. The clay ammo breaks down with water. I love that. My grandkids have loved using the slingshot. We have had some fun times.
