Fantastic and reliable on my nuwave induction cooktop. Heat quickly and responsively to temperature changes. Bonus #1- I live in a cottage with open shelving and these take up little room. Bonus #2- removable handles so they store left overs in the fridge. Bonus #3- use them to bake cakes and pies in the oven. Bonus #4- remove the nobs on the lids allowed you to stack flat 2 hot or cold dishes to take food to a potluck or a meal sick friend. Bonus#5- the utensils are much nicer than expected! I did extensive research of this Carote ceramic coating being non toxic and am satisfied with their safety.

This is the best quality cookware set we have ever owned. It is definitely non stick, lightweight, very easy to clean, and the entire set stacks in very little space. Finally, the separate handles are ingenious!
