Good vitamin B complex vitamins supplement
I got this B complex vitamins as it was recommended to me by my GP. After taking them for 3 weeks now they did improve my sleep and I started feeling a bit more relaxed. The drops are easier to take than pills for sure and I would recommend anybody consulting a doctor before adding these drops to your daily diet. Good product overall with a nice sweet taste.

Easy to take, pleasant taste but lacking in manufacturing information and source.
Received courtesy of the Vine programme for review. It will be hard though, to fully review these drops because it takes time before you are aware of the effects and, even then, may not notice they were doing you good until you stop taking them, plus, I have been taking Vitamin B complex for some months now. So, the dose is 1 x ml per day as per the product page that then goes on to say the bottle contains 60 ml meaning 1 months supply. HOWEVER, on the 60ml bottle, 2 ml per day are recommended - figure that one out. £20 for 1 x month supply, not the cheapest but, good quality B Complex liquid is pricier than consuming a tablet. As to dosage, it would have helped if, as other suppliers do, there was some way of gauging, from the pipette, what the correct does is. There is no measurement marked and, no information as to how many drops of the liquid amounts to 2 ml. The list of B and D vitamins is impressive and I like the liquid format which I believe to be more effective at hitting the spot than a tablet - although I have no idea how I have come to that conclusion! I also find a liquid more convenient to take. This is stated to be pineapple flavoured so I dropped a dose into a tiny amount of water to taste and it was perfectly pleasant, but the flavour was almost imperceptible and you probably wouldn't even notice it had a flavour if dropped into a whole glass of water. Instructions suggest you can pop these drops in any drink incl tea or coffee. The downside for me of this particular product is that I don't know where these drops are made and can't find any information about Aoruilia on the internet, no UK company shows on the Companies House website and, the web page on the box the bottle comes in doesn't come up on any search - do your own research perhaps - and so I am not entirely confident about taking them because I like to know where things came from and what regulatory standards have been adhered to and for this reason I have only given these 3*

Great
Ordered for my wife who because of her medication has to take vitamin B..And she does find the pipette dosage system far easier than tablets or capsules. At under a tenner reasonably priced.

60ml supplied, 30 days worth
Vitamin B Complex Liquid Drops You receive quite a large bottle of this Vitamin B Complex, the bottle is made from glass with a rubber bulb on top attached to a glass pipette. The bottle contains 60ml of liquid in total, the daily dose is to take 2ml of this each day which will provide 30 days of use. This contains Vitamin: B1, B2, B3, B6, B6, B12, Biotin, Folate, vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2. It is also worth noting this does contain 1 gram of carbohydrates, but it is unclear if this is sugar content? This can be taken neat or if preferred can be taken in a drink, either a hot or cold drink. I prefer to take this neat as that is more convenient for me, I find the taste is not unpleasant. My only issue is that it is unclear how to measure out 2ml of this, is it 1 pipette for a 2ml dose, or do I need to take 2 pipettes? The included instructions are not particularly clear on this. CONTENTS: 1 x 60ml Bottle

Faint Flavour, No Vitamin Presence - Origin unknown
This product claims to deliver a high-strength, liposomal B complex with 11 active ingredients, but the experience suggests otherwise. The pineapple flavour is barely detectable, and there’s no trace of the usual bitterness or metallic edge associated with B vitamins — especially methylated forms. If any active ingredients are present, they’re either extremely diluted or absent. There’s no breakdown of individual dosages, no country of origin disclosed, and no third-party testing. The branding is UK-based, but the actual product origin is unclear. For a supplement marketed as high strength, this feels closer to flavoured water than a functional formula. Pros: * Vegan-friendly and free from artificial colours * Liquid format is easy to dose Cons: * No detectable vitamin taste or effect * No dosage breakdown or origin transparency * No certification or testing to verify contents * No measurements on the dropper for dosing Final Thoughts: This is the least convincing supplement I’ve encountered — and I’ve tested many. If you’re serious about B vitamin support, look elsewhere. This product does not deliver on any of its core claims.

Could be more transparent
I picked this up because I like the idea of a broad liquid B complex that covers the bases without adding another tablet to the morning line up. The 60 ml bottle lists B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin, folate and B12, plus vitamins C, D3 and K2, with a pineapple flavour. The daily serving is given as 1 ml on the product page but 2 ml on the bottle, which is a bit of a head scratcher. Positives first. The liquid format is convenient, gentle on the stomach, and easy to add to a splash of water. The flavour is very light, more neutral than fruity, so there is no cloying aftertaste. I like the inclusion of K2 alongside D3, and the full B range suits energy metabolism. Where it stumbles is transparency. I cannot find per vitamin dosages, country of origin, third party testing, or a measured pipette. Without markings on the dropper, 1 ml versus 2 ml becomes guesswork. At £19.99 it might be fair value if it lasts two months, less so at one. A decent concept, but it needs clearer labelling and proper verification to earn my confidenc
