I don't understand how it can still be so crunchy. Very delicious. Only thing it's a mess when doing the wash as you are using egg to coat the food, but WELL WORTH the mess Review: Baked and fried chicken tasted great (but you know fried was better) - This was really good. Made it with thin chicken cutlets per the instructions. Divided the chicken and fried in half an inch of oil, and baked at 350 (both methods until the chicken temped at 165). Half the baked chicken coating cake off when I pulled it out of the dish - there is probably an easy solution for that but I don’t know it. When I tasted it, I didn’t think “this is the best chicken ever” but then I ate everything that was leftover from dinner. I’m married to one of those people who doesn’t love food (I don’t get it either) and after having a piece he said, “I like the seasoning on this.” And he never comments on food, so that bumped my review from 4 stars to five. Our one year old ate it too, so the spice can’t be too overwhelming. I’ll probably order another when this runs out just to keep on hand. I only wish I’d also ordered that silicone splatter guard someone was pimping on Shark Tabk recently, too.
