Review: Stay very cold for long periods of time. - These are very good quality and remain frozen for long periods of the time. I bought them for a shoulder surgery, but they are large enough to also use for back surgery. I have not yet used them heated in the microwave.

Nice Reusable Hot and Cold Gel Ice Pack. Flexible for optimal coverage. Happy with the size and flexibility of this hot and cold gel pack. I like that it can be used hot or cold. I haven't used the hot part yet - I've only used the cold. It stays cold for quite a while. I very rarely utilize the hot packs. Versatile usage - hot and cold ice pack can be used on virtually any body part. It is made of premium quality, plush, leak proof materials to last for years to come. Compatible with FIGHTECH shoulder brace (ASIN B07C1W3TF2). It is a good value for $22.99.
