I am an adult with strabismus, which is a lazy eye. I strongly dislike any patch, because I just hate not being able to see and looking like a pirate. But as far as patches go, this one isn’t bad. Pros: thin, less noticeable strap Super soft fabric Non-Velcro strap that can be adjusted easily You can wear it on the black side or the gold/skin side The price is great. I like this one much better then the bulkier one I bought on amazon for more money. Cons The gold/skin side is a little too shiny for me, almost flashy. I’m going for a discreet look so that was a big no. You can’t make it really tight or it puts pressure on your eyeball, but too loose isn’t good either. It took some work to find the sweet spot, but I was able to, although it does slide down sometimes, it’s not perfect. A solid 3.5-4 stars for sure. I didn’t feel like it was as big as another reviewer said. It felt like a normal sized patch to me.
