GREAT
This is probably the best pre workout I've ever had hands down. It does everything it's supposed to. I feel pumped for my workout and a couple hours after. Taste is great and the price you can't beat. Highly recommend.

One of their better tasting flavors
This pre has been my go to since 2021 and ever since they changed the formula the flavors have actually been overall worse then they used to be. Tbf I know that there’s a lot of good ingredients in this pre to make it feel the way it does. This pre is not for stim junkies at least for me it’s kinda, a subtle energy boost but it gets the job done. Since their new formula the taste for me has gotten significantly worse because of how much sodium they’ve put which I understand does help with hydration. With this flavor in particular it’s actually not bad compared to all the other flavors I’ve tried for their new formula. So it gets 4 stars. I really wish it was cheaper but with how loaded it is I do understand the price tag cause this thing has got a lot more than other pres out there.

did not work for me
User of pre-workout for about 15 years. Sometimes it just doesn't work with the particular person. This is one of those me. Saw pretty much no effect even at 2 scoops. Given the caffeine level stated, I expect at least equal or greater kick than a cup of coffee.

It works !
This stuff works great. Doesn’t make me feel jittery or make me itch. It doesn’t make me feel over hyper or anything like that. It just allows me to have more endurance during workouts and I’ve been able to hit new PR’s using this stuff. 4 stars because if you use it every day it won’t give you the same affect so give your body a break every now and then Also you’ll definitely want to eat about 30 minutes before or you’ll only feel nauseas and lightheaded. But if you do that, you’ll get the best workout ever in!!
