Doesn’t last, got 4 month of use and the swivel end blew off, also the cord that wraps around the hose deforms the hose badly, running about 135psi Factory end that came on the hose lasted quite a few years before the hose itself failed new the end

Good for a 3/8's hose but not the 1/2" outer hose

I now have 9 of these, 7 in use, and 2 spares for future expansion (the 1/2 swivel). They’re really excellent. The best feature is they have the same size orifice inside as a non-swivel. This is an important distinction as most ends that have a swivel will neck down inside more. It’s so important to me I bought a 100’ Flexzilla hose that for some reason necks down on the swivel side (you’d think it wouldn’t since they don’t with their replacement end) and I chopped that end off right out of the box and installed one of these. They take a minute or less to install, have never leaked, and most importantly never failed. Pro Tip: Don’t slide and snap the plastic coil thing on to the nut before you’re ready to tighten the nut onto the hose. It’s almost impossible to get off. Pro Tip 2: It’s easier to tighten everything up if you install an end into a vice. Using two wrenches is a pain, but certainly doable.

We used these fittings for an at home project and attached the hose and fittings to a commercial diesel air compressor. Initially I was worried about a compression fitting because we we flowing 100psi non stop for 3 consecutive days. It held tight and never failed in some harsh conditions and environments. Good buy.
