These hula grubs are my year round bait.. I clip the skirt off and use the twin ail as a jig trailer in the summer and go full on leaving the skirt attached and using a 1/4 lead head in the Fall for huge smallmouths.. 5" version work much better and have a more "full" appearance over the 4" ones.
