Didn't work, customer service silly.
Product received, built, but doesn't work. Customer service requires a video of the bed frame not working to discuss further options. Sent a video of the built frame, still not sure what it demonstrates. No troubleshooting was even offered.

Great product
I was looking for buying an electrical bed for my parents so they can sleep better and found this one. Overall pretty happy with this purchase, and my mom loves it a lot!! It worth every penny. Pros: 1. The material is pretty solid. The frame and board are thick and well designed. 2. Easy to assemble. My wife and I put this together in around 1.5 hours. 3. The lifting motion is pretty smooth, I feel it is better than the one I bought from Costco and just half of the price! Cons - It has a battery connector, if it had a built-in battery it would be even better.

Where’s the legs?
Would love to have it up and running, have it somewhat together, but realized it’s missing the legs! I need the legs!

Great adjustable bed frame for the price. Just an FYI my base was delivered before the legs. Keep that in mind before building!
