The number of washers actually supplied: zero. Spelling and grammar checking appear to have been performed by a human with no English language ability. Best thing is to have a look at them, not quite accept what they say, and then assemble the thing. It's easy. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and a very small socket driver with ratchet will be ideal. I finished the assembly with only one hex bolt left over, and no carriage bolts or nuts, so the supplier is not exactly generous with spares. Don't mislay anything! For a real workshop trolley for a garage you need to look elsewhere and spend considerably more. This product is exceptionally good value when compared with items that appear to be similar but are sold at three or more times the price. The Instructions could be clearer: the diagrams are too small and explanations too brief. It was not easy to understand how the end panels should be fitted between the uprights and the top two trays.
