Singer 67110 Button & Carpet Sewing Thread, 50-Yards, Black, 3.80 x 1.50 x 2.50 inches

This thread is very strong. Now this is the only thread I use for repairs and buttons. Make sure you have a needle with a large enough eyes as this is a much thicker thread so that you don't separate the thread trying to thread it in a needle with two small of an eye. It's a roll of heavy duty button and carpet thread 🤷‍♂️ I don't know what to say except when I found it my search did not reveal many good options, BUT after I made the purchase and did another search I not only found many good options I also found options for more thread per spool at a cheaper price than when I was initially looking - that really PI**ES ME OFF because the Zon is screwing us 🤬

Not quite thick enough.

This is the only thread I buy. Great durability and makes all the other thread I handle feel cheap by comparison. Nor is it too thick or rugged to use on delicate fabrics.

Singer brand is the old-school brand. This is the thicker thread better for closing. I will keep buying this as long as it is available.

We purchased this to resew a pair of leather shoes. We tried taking it to a shoe repair shop and they wanted close to $100 to reso a little bit of a threaded area. So this worked. We sewed the shoe and it have held up really well. Highly recommend

I bought the large Singer needles and used this strong thread to repair the lining of my shopping cart. The thread is very strong & I highly recommend it.

I found it to be of good quality & the appropriate strength & width for sewing heavy buttons on a wool winter coat.

Used for buttons, which would have had a lot of strain. This was also recommended on the back of a dress making pattern. Hard to get hold of in the UK, so this is shipped from the States.
