I suffer from adrenal insufficiency caused by chronic inflamation due to the fact that my body is hypersensitive to all processed fragrances including essential oils, and to chemical products in general. The long term negative effects are not good for people who don't really need this product because it can lead to osteo arthritis, but in my case having quality of life now so that I can actually live my life is much more a priority than quantity of life aka living longer. What good is it when I was lying in bed being mostly a vegetable and unale to hardly even stay awake. Pregnenolone is saving my life in the here and now. I usually take 10mg once per day, but they were out of stock so I bought the 25mg and will break them in half.

I have had issues with low stomach acid and digestion leading to constipation for most of my life. I have tried everything. This is the only thing that works quickly, effectively, and inexpensively! I take one of these with my meals - especially bigger meals and my food digests and works properly. I have also struggled with really bad bloating and that is going away too. a multi use supplement. Many use it for hormone additive reasons. I use it in the main as some study shows a cognitive protective effect. A side effect I notice which is rare but not unheard of....it makes colors brighter when outdoors curiously. A nice surprise in the mornings quite a delight. Not all feel this but some do. I would try any of these type supplements rather than testerone replacement therepy as that TRT once on it you are on it for life. This can be cycled. . It is a percussor to testosterone by metabolic pathway. It may however convert to estrogen not test when taken by individual variance. Estrogen even for males however helps joints and tendons so a little is not really a bad thing.

Really enjoying this pregnenolone supplement. I’ve tried other brands but they were either too low dosage (10mg) or too high (50mg). I think 25mg is a sweet spot for me. I’m on TRT and it is sometimes needed to supplement additional hormones since you get a reduction in pregnenolone production when on testosterone replacement. This tablet is dissolvable and can technically be taken sublingually, it is not a true sublingual tablet and will take at least 20minutes to dissolve under the tongue. But in a pinch it will work since there are so few options for sublingual pregnenolone on the market. Overall happy with my purchase and this stuff has cured my insomnia. I feel good at this dose.

I started taking this along with a couple other things, such as micronized DHEA, at the same time so I can't say one thing is working and the others are not, but I can say that in just a few short weeks I am feeling better. It takes awhile for anything to truly work ad you have to build it up in your system, but it's great. The flavor is good. Normally with these kind of things you feel like you are licking carpet, but this tastes really good. They do take some time to completely dissolve, but here it a PRO TIP: not really a pro tip, but it works. Gently bite it, breaking it into smaller pieces. It disolves much faster.
