Has no right to be as good as it is
This little amp punches way above it's weight class and is surprisingly competent. Currently being used to a fill a void when one of my Hypex amps failed - 500W controlling a 12 inch sub with dual PR - it's a bit of an ask. It does well in terms of audible power but does lack control when things get moving. In saying that, getting the sub moving initially it does an impressive job - output isn't the cleanest but not too much of a concern watching movies for example. I do have an 8" sub ported project I need to complete and I reckon this would be ideal for that. Honestly it's worthwhile picking up when it's on sale if only to have a spare amp laying around to play with
