Better than expected...
1. I was about to throw out this mirrored desk bc some of the mirrors were broken and the corners were frayed. FIXED and beautiful 2. I was going to put a frame around the mirror in the bathroom. Not anymore. Fixed and PRETTY Thick and strong

This tape is great
I've seen 'chrome' tape advertised here and it turns out it's nothing more than shiny silver duct tape. This is the real deal. Mirror finish like a mylar balloon. Very strong tape backing. Really sticks. I needed to replace the light shield on my emergency dash light but the new one came without reflective tape. This did the trick. Fast delivery. low price. Quality product. What else is there to say?

Doesn't wrap around sharp angles
Chrome peeling off car side moulding. Removed old Chrome from plastic moulding. Sanded w 320 grit and prep as if I was going to paint. Applied automotive plastic primer adhesion promoter. Applied chrome tape being careful not to touch adhesive. Definitely sticks on rounded shape but will not wrap hard curves or corners and adhere. Removed 1st attempt to try again. Adhesive came off Chrome tape, removed with denatured alcohol. 2nd application looks better. Also better than it did when I started project.

Great replacement for obsolete OEM trim
Well packaged item. I used it to cover the oxidized chrome plastic trim on a mid-90s GM sedan. (The original trim was discontinued back in 2012 so any that were still around have long since disappeared.) This tape is a vast improvement over the dull faded chrome and it is still holding up well after several months of daily exposure to the elements, with no peeling or fading evident. Proper preparation of the surface is key to best results.

A great solution to clean up the edges of frameless mirrors
I bought this as a temporary fix for a peeling mirror problem in our commercial building restrooms. Essentially, I just taped on a frame around the outside to mimic frames on aging mirrors (that aren't even that old). If there's no problem with the tape staying stuck to glass long term, this is a great way to extend the life of large mirrors on a tight budget. Thousands for large mirrors or less than $20 for a roll of tape? Easy answer.

Husband is very picky about such products and he is highly impressed with this tape. Said it’s very high quality, excellent chrome finish and plenty sticky.
