No, the foam sheets aren't sticky, but they take glue nicely.

Yes. Not sure how well adhesive will good up, if you were to use any be sure the it is water resistant.

Would these work well as paint or glaze stamps?

My first instinct would be no. They are quite thin. I cut them with dies to add dimension on card fronts for example, flowers, etc. However, I think outside the box....so give it a try, it might fool you and work, even if just for one application. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Good luck. (:

Good quality, but they stink to high heaven!

Generally good quality foam, but has a very strong unpleasant smell that comes with them and it gets everywhere! Please make these sheets WITHOUT the chemical smell please, as it's almost unbearable to work with and I don't want to use these sheets in my cutting machine because I don't know what's on them!
