Ridiculously easy to install. Sits up nice and high when it's mounted in its cradle so you don't have to crouch to get your head under the water. Does a surprisingly good job of concentrating my so-so water pressure, so much so that the most powerful needle-spray setting actually stings a little. Way more spray selections than a reasonable person would expect. Hose longevity remains to be seen but the hose is encased in a metal conduit that flexes easily, a plus. It's easily a match for (or superior to) the experience I get from a $100+ shower head in my other bathroom. Appearance: perfectly OK unless you want guests to think you spent a lot for it, because they won't. But they will get wet and that's what counts for most folks. A note about installation: the hose has slightly different connectors on the ends. Connect the smooth, rounded end to the shower head itself, and the squared off (hex nut) end to the water supply end. It's in the instructions but I missed it and some reviewers apparently did too. If you connect these backward the shower head may not stay in its cradle. I just hate it when I want to blame a product and then realize I'm the one who messed up. I worried about the one star reviews that told of the shower head/handle starting to disintegrate after a few uses, spewing water everywhere. The seller replied to some of these admitting QC problems and efforts to correct them. Since those reviews seemed to cluster during a narrow time window I decided to give this thing a try and I gotta say after a week of use it is flawless. Unless you have high-end bathroom fixtures that this would clash with, I'd say go buy one. Update 1/1/2021: After 1.5 years I like it more than ever. Just ordered another to replace the big name brand shower head in my other bathroom, which dries out and leaks profusely after a week of disuse. Zero issues with this inexpensive shower head itself or the plastic (rubber?) hose inside the very flexible metal (not stiff plastic) outer hose. Great product, great price.

This shower head is great, it's so adjustable and customizable. The shower head has multiple spray types, there is even an option that is equivalent to aerated water from a kitchen sink, this will make bathing our doggos much easier. The shower head came with everything it needed to be installed correctly including the plumber's tape! Everything was wrapped separately in plastic or bubble wrap and there were caps over the nozzle ends to ensure the seals and filters stayed in the right place during shipping. The package it came in was cardboard which was a nice change from the usual clear plastic that is extremely difficult to cut through. Installation took 1 minute. The price is a steal for what you are getting. The quality is equivalent to higher end brands such as delta and moen, but without the price tag. You wont have buyers remorse when you buy this. The product also comes with a lifetime warranty which is unheard if nowadays. The shower head mount actually locks into place vs being mobile with pressure. This means you wont have to worry about the bearings giving out over time and your showerhead not staying it up. The piece unscrews to move the bracket around and you can leave it loose so it can be moved ad lib, or you can tighten it down completely so you dont have to worry about the showerd head being moved all over. Definitely a plus if you have teens who are challenged with keeping water in the shower.

I love my new shower head that I brought out the warehouse deals. I couldn't get a expensive head because of renting our living place.. The shower head is very tall on the wall from what was removed! My husband was concerned it was to high for 5'3" person. I can finally enjoy my shower being very pleased to finally get the shampoo out of my hair in a short time. The height is perfect with a water flow that gets you out of the shower quicker then a water saving device which doesn't save water it uses more because you have hardly any pressure to do the job accurately. I how believe water saving devices use more water then a normal flow! I'm in California and we need to save water, but you can't with what is offered as energy saving water! I have to say that was a shower that I thoroughly enjoyed It was a wonderful! We have low flow toilet which my husband flushes 4 to 5 times a day because the flow of water isn't enough to flush the waste taking more water, which it shouldnt! The low flow waterer machine has hardy any water orientations the clothes leaving the clothes dry and at times since ! California gives NO intensive for us to save water! By saving water with these so called saver cost a lot more to use in water charges. Water in California is our new gold rush....I highly recommend this cost effect shower head will save you money in doing so this is a wonderful priced shower head that is easy to use and works like I spent $ 1000.00 for Alexander from Amazon...I'm so happy about the shower head + the price for all the bells whistle shower head I finally am able to enjoy my shower after a decade. Been using this for a month now, and I’m content with it. I wish there was one spray setting that was more gentle, all of the 3 spray settings are a bit harsh on the face—but not bad enough for me to return it. Was wanting the hose to be a bit longer too, but it does the job. It also doesn’t stay put where I position it in the shower, so I have to re adjust every shower but I don’t really mind. Pretty decent shower head, easy installation.

I'm a shower head snob so I knew I took a gamble ordering something I never touched before hand. So glad I took the chance! It's one of the best shower heads I've ever owned! All the settings are powerful. Love the mist setting! It's lightweight with a long enough hose to even use when I wash my dogs. The install was basic and easy as well. I know the other reviews say the hose broke on them, mine has yet to do that and I shower EVERY DAY. I think you have to be mindful of how high you turn your water on. I noticed when the hose is tight when the water is flowing, that means the pressure is too much and I'd suggest turning your water down. It's a little game of balance but I think that could help your shower head last longer overall. It doesn't take much to get this shower head going, that's for sure!

When we bought our house 2 years ago it had a handheld shower already installed in the master bath. We loved the handheld shower so much that we wanted to put one in our kid’s bathroom to make bath time easier. We purchased this one because it was cost effective and had great reviews. It was very easy to install and exceeded our expectations in performance. We loved it so much we bought one for our third bath a bit later and have now actually replaced the well known brand shower head in our master for this one as well! Get it, you won’t be disappointed. It’s very simple to install, has great water pressure and I love the variety of settings!

The shower head looks, feels, and performs that way you think it would. It was great while it lasted - which was three months. After three months of regular use (just daily showers), the cord burst near the connection to the shower head. Water everywhere. Not worth fixing/patching the thing. If you're lucky and it stays upright, it's good for the money. But from my experience, it's just not worth it. Spend a little more and get a better constructed shower head that will last a respectable length of time. EDIT: After leaving the above review, the seller reached out to me specifically to apologize for the experience and offer recompense. The product defect I experienced appears to have been fixed in later models. Thus, you are getting either a quality product for a good price or can deal with a seller that actually cares about its customers and refund properly. Recommended.

You have NO idea how badly I wanted to give this shower head 5 stars. The first shower with it was rapturous. The water pressure was incredible. Like a water laser. It was like a deep tissue massage and it scoured my skin cleaner than my rock hard municipal water supply has EVER managed before. I showered in the morning before work and took another shower first thing after I got home. It wouldn't have been used by more than 2 other people between these showers, but the second time the entire hose was leaking. I mean the ENTIRE hose. The top, the bottom, the middle, and every point in between was simultaneously was pouring out water, like the hose was made of net. The water pressure was barely half what it was, and there was water up to my ankles. I don't think I've ever experienced more disappointment. I had to replace the head with the hose from the previous shower head which isn't exactly optimal, and the replacement was a little tricky and means that it doesn't sit quite right on the holder (i'd use the old holder but that's what broke on the last shower head).
