The unit I received seemed to be in excellent condition including a Netgear power brick and new power cable and internet connection cable. There were no physical scratches or other visible defects. The unit was packed in a generic cardboard box, however. The unit is now up and running successfully. Totally satisfied so far. There is a 90 day warranty. The unit was registered with Netgear as part of the startup process and shows up under my account on their website. I also purchased and installed a new EXS27 WiFi 7 range extender which was also installed and is running connected with the RS500.

The renewed RS500 I purchased was rated as excellent condition. The unit I received seemed to be in excellent condition including a Netgear power brick and new power cable and internet connection cable. There were no physical scratches or other visible defects. The unit was packed in a generic cardboard box, however. The unit is now up and running successfully. Totally satisfied so far. There is a 90 day warranty. The unit was registered with Netgear as part of the startup process and shows up under my account on their website. I also purchased and installed a new EXS27 WiFi 7 range extender which was also installed and is running connected with the RS500.
