**Q: i do not have pain - it is stifness in my knee....does this help the stiffness?**
A: My husband had both pain and stiffness in his knee. It has helped both and he doesn't have either now.

A: You will need to look at the ingredients, you can find it when you select to view the product on Amazon, as I can see there is no fish in it. All I can see is this product use his herbs .

A: Yes it is.  But I found something better - with no animal sources that is helping me:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GVJK3XW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.  Redimove stopped working for me - I think because it has animal cartilage and that cartilage did not adhere to my knee.

**Q: Does this product up your blood pressure?**
A: I don't know about blood pressure. You should ask your doctor. I take it every day
for my bad knees along with a few other tablets.
