This pillow is very comfy, soft and study. It offers quality value for money and looked very beautiful. It’s quite sturdy and supports the neck and shoulder well during sleep.

I was a little unsure when I bought this but after seeing other reviews I thought I would give it a try as I suffer a lot with neck/shoulder pain in both sides. It took a few days, maybe a week to get used to this but now I have and can say most of my pains have gone! So surprised in such a short period of time. I bought the larger size pillow and it is lovely and soft yet retains its shape. The grey fabric is lovely and cool for your head which I like. The lower side is good for either back or side sleeping and you can get your hands under the v shape for extra comfort without altering the neck position. I would say the other edge is for back sleepers. So far I am well impressed!!

This is a great little pillow. My husband uses a CPAP mask which makes him feel a bit claustrophobic and warm. This pillow has improved the quality of his sleep and the cool cover does actually work. Covering the pillow with an ordinary pillow case would undermine the effects of the covering, so it’s disappointing to find that there are no spare covers for sale. I have yet to attempt to wash the whole thing (it was a Christmas gift) but his first two nights with it have been very successful.

Got it to relieve my neck pain when sleeping at night. So far so good, it’s a far cry from the ordinary pillows I was using before this. Great neck support and comfort.

It’s been more than 2 weeks since I’ve been using this pillow and I can say for a fact that it’s very good.Before , I do get neck pain when I wake up but it’s different now .i sleep comfortably and my neck is placed comfortably.Its very okay .i highly recommend.This is a very good product

It is made of nice soft comfy memory foam. But for me it was too soft so it flattened out too much, therefore not providing enough neck spinal alignment for me. I'll still use it, but not the best for me.

Brilliant night’s sleep on this pillow, takes a few days, but worth the restful sleep. Neck pain getting better by the day.

Is helping to support my neck and easing my pain somewhat. But expensive but worth it to have some relief when waking up
