Awesome Phone
Working form home this phone is awesome, love the connect to cell feature. Connects up to 2 cell phones and you can answer you cell call on the landline phone. Have already recommended the phone to fellow co-workers now working from home.

Not so great
I use it for my cell phone in my home office so it is like an office phone but it does has connection flaws. It does not connect every time. The buttons are not good at all. It is hard pressed, literally.

Good quality but has trouble pairing up with Trotonics blue tooth headset.
The phone works..I’m using it with a magic jack and so far haven’t had any issues. It does seem to have issues paring up with my blue tooth headset which I’m not very happy with..otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Great Phones/ Complex Manuels
Ordered these phones for our business. Haven't had any problems at all. No complaints about this purchase as far as the seller goes. I will say that the operation manuels are less than user friendly.

Dropped calls during conversation
This is my third phone for this model. Previous phones I bought from office supply store and they served their purpose for years. I bought this one 5 months ago.. It appeared new in the box, but I have had randomly dropped business calls since I installed it. I am going to buy a new phone. Follow up. It appears the lines "merge" and hence the call is dropped. I have removed the cable to the second line and the phone appears to be operating correctly now.

BLUETOOTH!!
Bluetooth compatible!! I love it! A person kind of gets spoiled when you don't have to hold a phone, so when I found this and could connect my Bluetooth to it I figured I better try it. AND I LOVE IT!!!!

Lovve this phone!
We love this phone. We love all of the features - sound quality, large easily readable display, 2 lines, multiple add on hand sets. The wireless range in great. Speaker works great. Not that thrilled about the menu settings, but it's just a matter of getting used to it. This phone answered all of our needs, and is a great price. :)

No speed dial, poor main screen functions
No speed dial and main screen does not include the date/time if not on a call, which is very unusual. I do like that it connects with cell phones and the Bluetooth technology for headsets. I would return it but I don't have time to find another phone right now so I will be keeping it.
