数値は結構適当。でも面白いので、まぁ、遊び用ですね。

自分のスィングが数値化する事で目標が出来る上で良いと思う。購入は間違ってないと思う。

HS分析に使っていますが問題なく使えます。スマホアプリともBluetoothで連動しますので連動させることをおすすめします。レンジボールでの飛距離調整もスマホで設定する方が楽です。クラブ選択もスマホの方が楽です。この機械単体で設定する場合だと上下の矢印で選択になってしまうので。

価格から考えたら優秀。ヘッドスピード、ボール初速、ミート率が結構正確に表示される。これでバックスピン量が測れたら最高なんだけどな～。

The device tracks the golf club speed and ball speed to calculate the distance.Compared to the more advanced machines at the range, the GST-7 is more generous with an estimated distance by around 10-12%, which you adjust for which club type in the device. Not bad for the price range.Where it falls short are shots that have whiffed but the monitor still caught the ball and club speeds. Shots that only flew 20-30 yards will be misestimated due to the limited factors the device considers.Overall, not bad for an entry device, but note you need to understand Japanese or find tutorials online (there are good ones on YT).

I don't write a lot of reviews - This one is a little longer than most. At $100 cheaper than the other budget shot tracker, this unit is a great buy. First, please don't complain about Japanese only instructions - that is clearly pointed out. Although small this is a very well built unit. The display is easy to read even in bright sunlight. The built in rechargeable battery lasts a long time, after a full charge and 4 or 5 hours use, the battery indicator hasn't moved. Operation is pretty straight forward but given the lack of English instructions, I HIGHLY recommend checking the youtube videos by other users. In particular, there is one video that shows two important items: How to clear all the data and how to adjust the setting for each club for better accuracy. This unit uses ball speed and clubhead speed, combined with the loft for the club you are using to determine carry distance. For example, the default loft for a driver is 9.5 degrees. If your driver is different, you can adjust the results up or down by percentages in order to better match your personal numbers - Ideally, take it to a range where they have a Trackman or similar and make adjustments until your carry distances are close to that result. The unit keeps these settings in memory unless you change them later. There is a setting available for every club. The clubhead and ball speed are a pretty close match to Trackman - not dead on but more than close enough. Here's a tip: The ball and clubhead speed are in metres per second - Instead of multiplying the results mathematically, it is super simple to just have your phone or apple watch handy and say "Siri (google), convert X metres per second to miles per hour" to give you an instant result. While some reviewers have said that the carry distance is in metres when it says yards, that is not the case, it is in yards. For the short time it takes to refer to the videos and learn to operate it, this unit is more than worth the price. One note: After receiving the unit, I received a customs invoice from Fedex but it wasn't a lot considering the excellent price for a shot tracker.Also: If you're using this for speed training, it works perfectly for clubhead speed without having to hit a ball.

It works so great, worth the money!

Found out the hard way that the Yupiteru GST 7 BLE app is not iPhone compatible only works with android. Had I known I would have gotten the GST 5 and saved $50.
