Bad item bad return policy. Be warned

Does not work as advertised clothes come out wet and wrinkled. Beware they will not give you free return shipping. Over $80 shipping fee too return. Spoke to Amazon customer service you told me to pay for shipping and they would make it good. I did so and now get message stating they will not credit me for shipping. Needless to say I’m not a happy camper.
