Is good for knee & back pain

I have found this product to take the edge off both knee and back pain. My husband uses it regularly on his knees when they are hurting.

Why does it say unboxed and unsealed?

The manufacturer distributes the balm in a container that does not come in a box and is unsealed. That is simply how the manufacturer manufactures the item. However, the item is still shipped in new condition and you can tell it is new since the balm substance itself maintains its shape.
