Was perfect perfect!! I made mochi. It is cheap also only $5.00 WOW!! Now the bag is small you can get a few Mochi recipes out of it. I made three different kinds like mochi donuts, ice cream,and balls. Definitely fast delivery perfect if you need it fast. That won't break the bank acct. will definitely buy more.

I love this rice flour. I use it for my Chinese dishes instead of the heavier all purpose flour and it works great. A much lighter choice. Will keep buying this.
