Can you use this with a 4x4?

Look into the Kreg Pocket-Hole Jig XL that will do 2x4 and 4x4

Is this the jig for making kitchen drawers from 3/4" solid wood?

The 320 will work perfectly for 3/4" thick lumber.

Does the included long screw bit work with impact driver?

The 320 will come with a driver bit but it is not rated to be used with an impact driver.

this says up to 1 1/2" thick, could I still use it for a 2x4 and just finish the hole myself? why is it limited to 1 1/2" thick?

Yes, it will work with 2" lumber, you will use the 1-1/2" settings with the 2-1/2" screws.

Kreg jig

Excellent item just as described. Works well and easy to use once you know how it works. I used it to build a desk and hide the screw holes. The holes were easy to fill with putty before I painted.
