The local store was out of these noodles and I use them to make my favorite Christmas candy. I found these online and was excited to find they taste even better than the usual ones I buy. Great for making chocolate stick candy.

When I found these I was looking for thin crispy noodle. Considering this brand has another style, I though these would be similar to La Choy Rice Noodles (or Asian Style Crispy Noodles) depending what variant you have. These are the roughly the same as La Choy Chow Mein noodles. These taste fine but do not have a "toasted" taste like La Choy. The price is similar or lower in comparison depending at which store you shop. The description is not accurate. I would have returned them as I could tell the moment I opened them. They don't taste bad in salad or on stir fry. I gave the other two packs to a family member to use for cookies. Summary: I prefer a more toasted flavor like La Choy where I can enjoy eating them by themselves. These seemed a little greasy but tasted fine topped on food.

If you’re looking for thin chow mein noodles, this is not the product for you. I’m not sure why they are described as thin because they are the thickest chow mein noodles I’ve ever seen. Product is not bad and delivery was great etc. I was just very disappointed because I specifically needed thin noodles and they are advertised as thin.
