Good price, good alternative to full sugar gummy bears. But beware~~ if you eat too many they DO have a laxative effect. I know how many I can handle, which is about 10 pieces. I’ll buy again.

Gastrointestinal issues if the whole package is eaten at once. My colon inflated like a balloon and I had the most foul smelling farts for like 3 days postprandial. My niece, who ate almost 2 whole packages, was doubled over in agony with full body sweats clutching her belly for a few hours as well. Other than that, super tasty and a great alternative for those who have portion control. That's what we get for eating so much sugar alcohol at one time.
