The motherboard has one slot that is pci express 3.0, it is the blue one. The black one is PCI Express x16 slot (wired as x4). The white one is a pci slot, and then there is a PCIe x1 slot, that is the short one.

Why does this have Windows 7? It is such an old operating system.

Because a lot of people got scared of 8 initially. Then 8.1 came out and fixed that, and then of course Windows 10 came out. Most of the units we have in stock come with a license for both Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
