I ordered the Nike Metcon 6 Free about a week ago, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the performance right from the start. I received these as a Mother's Day gift. They are comfortable & the fit is good. They were reasonably priced and they are lightweight. I love the color. They look great when you're wearing summer dresses & leggings.

These Metcon 6s are great for lifting, HIIT, and anything in between. They’re stable, breathable, and feel super lightweight on the feet. The grip is solid, and they give just enough flexibility for dynamic movements without sacrificing support. That said, they do run a little wider than I expected, especially in the toe box. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you have narrow feet. Also, the pair I got had some orange coloring on them when I received them. Maybe from the box I’m not too sure. I still obviously wear them because they’re just gym shoes for me. Overall, still a great pair, just with a couple small surprises.

They look really cool. Pretty tight fit. True to size. Very supportive. Good traction. Not the most cushioned shoe. They feel almost like they need to be broken in but they’re a tennis shoe and shouldn’t be as stiff as they are. I bought them for the gym.
