Fantastic product for 4c hair! *by P***. on 3 February 2024* If you have natural kinky hair this brush does a really great job at getting your roots straight before a silk press. There are so many different versions of these on the market and I thought I’d have to spend a lot of money for it be effective on my hair. This is a great bang for your buck and I have no desire to try a different one. Here’s why I like it. 1. The temperature settings are at the bottom of the brush around the base. You won’t accidentally change the setting while you’re using it. 2. The bristles are soft. I thought the bristles would be hard and scrape my scalp but it actually feels really good because they are flexible. I didn’t have any issues with it yanking all my hair out, which was my main concern. 3. It definitely gets hot enough to blow your hair out but not so hot that you feel like you’re burning all your hair off. This is important to me because I’m usually planning on flat ironing my hair right after this, and that’s a lot of heat. My didn’t feel dry and brittle after. Also, I could leave the brush sitting against something right after use without worrying about it burning whatever its touching. 4. It’s comfortable to use and not heavy. You don’t have to think too hard about it. The twisting motion you do is very simple. Definitely try this if you like to wear your natural hair straight. I also wear a kinky straight u part wig and I was able to use this on the wig with no issues.
