The chips are square, about 1&1/4 inches on each side.

Is the total amount 10.5 ounces?

There are three bags and each bag has 10 ounces.

I always freeze all chips after opening. However, I've never had to freeze these. So...I don't really know.

Good flavor which is pretty consistent with what you'd find at a Chinese takeout place. That's what I was look8ng for anyway because I make egg drop and wonton soup at home and I love crumbling these in the soup. Only down side was of the three bags one came pre crumbled. Lol. Not sure at what stage between the warehouse and me it got crunched.
