They are large pads and for what you pay they're very soft, and a great value. So far they have held up well given my active lifestyle and they stay in place throughout the day, but most importantly, they keep me dry! I love these. The help you stay dry when it's hot but I also like it makes my underwire feel more comfortable. I throw mine in a garment bag, wash on delicate, then air dry
