Ingredients are Water, Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Soybean Oil, Egg Yolks, Modified Food Starch, Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Zanthan Gum, Gelian Gum, Potassium Sorbate and EDTA as Preservatives, Natural Flavor, Beta Carotene, Tocopherols (Vitamin E). It has about half the calories and fat of mayonnaise, and is a good source of OMEGA 3 ALA.

What is the difference between blue plate real mayonnaise and blue plate heavy duty real mayonnaise?
